To our customers and guests: Ozarc Gas’ number one commitment is to the health and safety of our associates and community. In order to protect our associates, customers and the public at large, we are observing the CDC’s Interim Guidance for Businesses and Employers. We will also be taking additional measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 while maintaining the highest degree of customer service possible under the circumstances. These measures include limiting in person contact by pre-calling customers for product needs and/or levels, working with you to determine deliver points that limit our drivers’ necessity to enter your facilities and suspending our requirement of signatures on delivery tickets.
We ask that if you or your facility has been exposed to a potential COVID-19 infection that you communicate with us so that potentially contaminated cylinders can be placed into quarantine. If these cylinders are in your possession, please clean them according to your SOP. We are not allowed to receive potentially contaminated cylinders.
Additionally, we ask persons potentially infected with or showing symptoms of COVID-19 to not enter our stores. Curbside / dockside pickup can be arranged for any non-symptomatic customer visiting our stores by calling ahead or at the time of your visit.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and help during these unprecedented times.
